Write to us about a video that did not finish, a credit purchase, or a rights question. Tiny Desk AI is an independent generator. It is not affiliated with NPR or the Tiny Desk series.
What to include
Use the email address on your account. If the note is about a charge or a render, add the time it happened and any order or task reference you can see in your account. A short description is enough. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or full payment details.
Billing and credits
Credits appear only after payment is verified. A canceled checkout does not add a balance. Signed-in billing history is on the payments page. If a paid pack is missing, email the account address and the approximate checkout time. A failed render returns its credits automatically.
Photos, likeness, and rights
For a photo, likeness, music or trademark concern, include the page or video address and why you believe it should be reviewed. The copyright notice explains what this studio does and does not claim.
